 The time we schedule for our clients is as important  to us as it is to you!  Therefore, we respectfully ask for 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.  However, we understand that not all of  life's events come with advance notice.  Please let us know as soon as  possible if you are unable to keep your appointment, and we will be happy to reschedule it for you. Colour appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. 

No show/no call colour services will be charged the full cost of the service,  and future services will not be permitted until the balance is paid.

 If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honour  your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or  rescheduled to ensure we are on time for the rest of our clients.
